An herb garden is a wonderful way to combine your love of gardening, cooking and natural healing. Whether you have a large garden or a small balcony, growing herbs is simple and extremely rewarding. We’ve explored how to create your own herb garden and highlighted some herbs that are great for cooking and health support.

Choosing the right herbs

When choosing herbs for your nursery, consider herbs that you often use in the kitchen or that have medicinal properties. Some popular culinary and medicinal herbs include:
  • Basil: Ideal for sauces, salads and pesto.
  • Parsley: Universal use in soups, sauces and as a decoration.
  • Marjoram: Great for meat dishes and sauces.
